How do I register?
To register for Ballance's secure online services you will need to be an existing Ballance customer.
To complete the registration process, please phone the Ballance Customer Services team on 0800 222 090 during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday).
The Customer Services team will be able to set up your account immediately. You will receive an email containing your temporary password, and you will be able to log in straight away.
What is the Ballance secure online service?
The Ballance secure online services provide a secure website where Ballance customers can place orders, update their business contact details and access a range of technical information. You don’t have to be a Ballance shareholder to sign up to these services – all Ballance customers are welcome to join.
